§Priority lease for 10 persons on seasons V HS, HS, MS
*Weekly rental includes 7 nights accommodation: from one Saturday to the next Saturday
**There are 2 options for the Small Week Rental (= Week without Weekend) :
- Accommodation for 4 nights (Monday to Thursday included)
- Accommodation for 5 nights (Monday to Friday OR Sunday to Thursday included)
***Only one price for Weekend or Overnight accomodation rentals, subject to availability on VHS, HS and MS seasons.
The price includes breakfast, bed linen, household and toiletries linen.
The Weekend rental includes two nights accomodation (Friday and Saturday OR Saturday and Sunday)
In all cases, the arrival in the house takes place from 16 pm, and the departure on the morning at 10am.
Reservations are confirmed after payment of a 25% deposit of the rent (arrhes), the balance having to be paid on the day of your arrival .

The price includes:
- Bed linen (beds are made) and home linen: 4 towels, 4 dish towels, 2 others, 1 tablecloth
- The provision of cleaning products
- A kit of basic necessities including:
2 tablets for the dishwasher, a tablet for the washing machine, two rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, two garbage bags and a bag for recycled packaging.

House cleaning at the end of accomodation rental
Options:(included for Weekend and Overnight accomodation rentals)
Breakfast: 5 €/ person
Toiletries linen: 4€ / person
Any other ask: long stay, change of the day of arrival/departure ... may be accepted upon availability.
